Dear investors!
We are pleased to announce that the Dobrograd group of companies is resuming its operations. We would also like to share our immediate plans for the future.
First of all, we want to inform you that we have firm intentions to complete the projects we have started and fully fulfill our obligations to our investors.
At the same time, we must admit that the war and the consequences caused by it did not go unnoticed by us and affected the implementation of the goals and projects we planned and announced.
Pionerskyi Kvartal 2 RC (Chabany, Mashynobudivnykiv st., 16)
We continue to issue keys and organize the provision of maximum comfort for residents in the shortest possible time, in particular, we are actively working on the gas supply and ensuring the transition to individual electricity supply contracts.
Pionerskyi Kvartal 2 RC (Chabany, 3rd stage)
We are actively preparing for the resumption of construction. We are working on removing all obstacles that could negatively affect the progress of construction and the lives of residents. You will find out about the construction resumption dates very soon.
Hostomel City RC
Unfortunately, Hostomel City was severely damaged by the hostilities, but work is underway to restore the facility and eliminate damage to return the building to a functional state as quickly as possible.
Plans for the near future include restoring windows, the facade, and entrance groups. After that, work will begin on completing the planned construction and commissioning the building, followed by the handover of keys and moving in.
We urge all investors who have the opportunity to return to making payments under their contracts.
Pionerskyi Kvartal 11th stage and Next RC are certainly included in our plans; however, we are forced to shift the completion dates of these projects, taking into account the existing force majeure circumstances. We are currently working on beneficial offers for the investors of these projects.
We thank each of our investors and residents for their understanding and partnership regarding the situation we have found ourselves in together. We believe and work towards achieving all our common goals and tasks.
