About the complex

The Pionerskiy 2 residential complex is a project by the Dobrograd Group, located at 16 Mashynobudivnykiv Street, Chabany. The complex is located on an area of 2 hectares and will consist of 12 sections with 425 unique apartments with well-thought-out layouts. The Pionerskiy 2 residential complex was designed according to a unique project using only modern technologies and high-quality materials. The complex is being built by the Dobrograd Group, a development company that began operations in 2011 in the suburbs of Kyiv.
