About the complex

The NEXT residential complex in Chabanivka consists of four 16-story comfort-class buildings located near the Odessa highway. The corner structure forms a closed courtyard, which will become a favorite place for residents to walk and relax. The complex will have its own shopping center with 10,000 square meters of commercial space, which will house shops and services of various kinds. For the convenience of residents with cars, there will be an underground parking lot with 700 parking spaces and an elevator in each section.
